What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order from a single piece. There are no minimum quantities: you can personalise just one product with your logo.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around 10 working days from approval of the production proof, and in any case no more than 15 calendar days from your approval. Express shipping is not available.
How does personalisation with my logo work?
You upload your artwork straight onto the product in the configurator. Our team then prepares a production proof and sends it to you for approval: production starts only once you confirm.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes. The configurator shows a live preview of the product with your logo. Before printing you also receive a production proof to confirm.
Which printing techniques are available?
Many personalisation techniques are available, including screen printing, digital printing, pad printing, laser engraving and embroidery, depending on the product. You can filter the catalogue by printing technique. The best technique depends on the item's material and surface.
What format should I send my logo in?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and TIFF files. For the best print quality we recommend a vector file (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG).
Are there any setup costs?
Yes. Personalisation carries a fixed, one-off setup cost, needed to prepare your logo for printing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled securely through Stripe with credit or debit card. On compatible devices you can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay. Business customers with a VAT number receive an invoice with the agreed payment terms.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders, whatever the amount.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, every price shown on the site includes VAT.
Are there quantity discounts?
Yes. The unit price goes down as the quantity goes up: the more pieces you order, the lower the cost per piece.
Can I return a personalised product?
Products personalised with your logo cannot be refunded or returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
How can I request a quote?
For large quantities, products outside the catalogue or particular requirements, you can request a quote using the form on the Contact page.
